Many men and women have dedicated their lives to the study of wild animals and others have worked to save the many speciaes
which but for their efforts would have become extinct and lost to us forever. They have worked under extremely hard, even
hazardous conditions and some have dedicated their entire life to their studies and efforts. It is because of these dedicated
people that we have learnt much of the wildlife we share this planet with, the environments they live in and the dangers they
face.
