'I am an adult woman, born and raised in Australia, now living in the USA for the past 9 years with my husband and 13 yr old
son. As a mystic, I am a seeker of Truth, and the self-knowledge which that implies (and the first priority, as the Ancients
admonished), before anyone or anything else can be understood. I have studied Jungian psychology and comparative religions
for many years. I try to express what I have come to know in poetry, as the best medium of language to translate the infinite
reaches of the soul.
The realization I have come to is that peace must begin in each individual heart, expressed by thought, word and deed
within one's immediate sphere of responsibility and influence...from whence it will spread outwards like ripples on a pond.
"Peace is not the absence of conflict, it is the absence of inner conflict" (unknown).
