I was a child of the sixties, heavily influenced by the teachings of Jesus Christ, Gandhi, and M.L. King. I share their views
of Peace and loving kindness. I was raised to be a gentle spirit no matter the situation by two loving parents.
I am married (31 years) to a man with the same upbringing, and that is how we raised our four, now grown children. I would
love for my grandchildren to live in a world that enjoys freedom, and peace.
I have written poetry since I was fourteen, or at least that is the age I began to share it with others. I am grateful
that God gave me these gifts. I am also an actor (thespian), and have performed for the past eighteen years throughout the
Midwest. I am an instructor of drama/theatre and creative writing, and work a 9-5 job at a Nursing Home facility here in my
hometown, Cleveland, Ohio.
I am selective in word and deed, and know that the greatest of all charities is LOVE. I love this Earth that God had given
to us and the people that dwell here. I would be delighted if this "Peace-chain" would circle the globe and help
in the effort to bring about sweet peace. I am honored to be a member of "peace-chain", it is a worthy Group. I
will continue to do my portion for PEACE.
The Power of One
There is such urgency to save mankind
It seems we're self destructing all of the time
Dropping Smart Bombs on our decided enemy
All in the name of justice and liberty
But someone has to come who suggests peace
So that all this mad behavior can cease
I know there is power in a lone necessity
A power that I feel erupt from inside of me
I know that I'm not by myself
When it comes to how I feel
For the existence of peace for me
Is something that is real
I stand today to tell you all
That the movement has begun
I am making my mission PEACE
I am the power of one
